I am an experienced pub, bar and hotel manager.

Currently managing a pub in Warwickshire with mh long term partner. We are looking for a change in location and an opportunity to showcase our customer service skills somewhere new where we can put down some roots.

Many years of working i the childcare setting with young people that demonstrate severely challenging behaviour. Managing emotions while maintaining professional boundaries and keeping people safe have been valuable skills.

Working in many bars and pubs I have done everything from pot washing and daily cleaning through to managing staff, ordering and payroll.

I enjoy the bring front of house and nothing beats a busy bar.

All H and S and first aid certificates are all up to date.
