For thr last 3 years i have been a pub operator. Ive managed everything from creating my own team. Chef to bar staff to housekeeping for letting rooms. I was in complete control of stock and ordering and finances. I have a passion for pubs. I thrive in this line of work. I had the same team for 3 years.

I have worked in hospitality for many years. I was area manager for 6 hotels then took on my own pub.
