Enthusiastic and determined, I am constantly seeking to expand my industry knowledge by way of studying and gaining experience. My background is in higher education, civil service and finance. My qualifications include Journalism, Marketing and Technology. I am a results-driven individual who is passionate about process improvement and creating user-centred services and products.
As a Project Support Officer for one of the world's leading universities, I am motivated to deliver excellence to some amazing and inspiring minds by delivering excellence at every touchpoint. Working in a busy Finance department, my aim is to provide business support to academic departments and the wider university. Pending.
I am keen to learn and as such, have undertaken many qualifications (some of degree level) in order to better comprehend the world around us. My most recent is User Experience from The UX Design Institute which focuses on creating and improving digital/tangible products. Prior to this, I completed a Level 4 CIM Certificate in Marketing from SPA Professional Academy. Pending.
