I am a professional within the football industry. I currentl specialise in player identification for a professional club where I Head the department. I have scouted many players who now have professional football careers.
I also hold coaching badges and am a keen player developer. I have been coaching for many years, improving players abilities whether within the elite player program or grassroots. Enjoyment, effective communication and understanding the players needs are key strengths of mine in order to get the best out of every player.
I have worked for many years in the professional football industry. For Premier League clubs and currently for an EFL Club. I love working in the industry and enjoying observing and developing players of all abilities
I have 10 years experience within the Professional Academy System and know what a player needs to reach there potentia. I hold the below:
FA Talent Identification Level 4 Qualification
FA Level 2 Coaching Qualification
Currently awaiting a start date for UEFA B Course
