I am a friendly, hardworking and reliable individual with experience in customer service, hospitality, childcare and sports coaching. I enjoy working with people and am confident communicating with both customers and colleagues. Through my previous jobs and coaching experience, I have developed strong teamwork, organisation and leadership skills.

I am a quick learner who is willing to take on new responsibilities and adapt to different working environments. I am looking for a part-time/full time positions where I can gain further experience, develop my skills and become a valuable member of a team.

Football Coach - Football Fun Factory

I currently work as a football coach at Football Fun Factory, where I plan and deliver fun and engaging football sessions for children aged 3–12. I regularly work with different age groups and abilities, meaning I have learnt how to adapt activities and communicate instructions clearly. I also take a leading role in the Go Girls programme, delivering girls only football sessions.

This role has given me experience working with SEN children and has helped me become more confident, responsible and organised. I am trusted to manage groups of children, maintain a safe environment and communicate positively with both children and parents.

Waitressing & Café Experience

Through my experience working in hospitality, I have developed strong customer service and communication skills. I have served customers, taken orders, served food and drinks and worked as part of a team in busy environments. I understand the importance of being polite, welcoming and efficient when dealing with customers, while also making sure that work areas are kept clean and organised.

This experience has helped me become more confident when communicating with members of the public and working under pressure.

Childcare - Role Play Rascals

I have experience working with children through Role Play Rascals, where I helped supervise children and support them during activities. I was responsible for helping create a safe and enjoyable environment while communicating with children of different ages and personalities. This experience developed my patience, responsibility and ability to stay calm and positive in a busy environment.

Temporary Work - Quints Retreat

I have also completed temporary work at Quints Retreat, where I supported staff with a variety of day-to-day responsibilities. This gave me experience adapting quickly to a new workplace, following instructions, and working alongside other members of staff to complete tasks efficiently.
