As an empathetic and strategic thinker with 12 years of demonstrated customer serviced-based experiences, I have excelled in 5 high-profile industries alongside companies within retail, hospitality, tourism, luxury holiday homes, property, and sports. My passion is raising awareness around difficult social subjects whilst balancing my time to further understand different social, community and individual welfare support initiatives.

Academic studies consist of secondary school and college, where I focused on my creative skills.
