I am a Conversation Designer at Chip, and I am responsible for our in-house Chatbot. I have recently spearheaded a handful of new initiatives that have increased our self serve rate as well as our customer satisfaction.

I am a Conversation Designer at Chip, and I am responsible for our in-house Chatbot. This ranges from creating a draft of the chatbot, or a specific conversation flow within the main bot, presenting this to VP stakeholders, creating and testing the flow, then setting it live and monitoring for our metrics.

I have shadowed our Conversation Designer at Chip and have since taken on the same responsibilities.
