A hard-working employee, highly motivated individual with over three years of experience in customer service at Tesco also doing a 1 year at Wickes alongside the time of my studies at college and university, these jobs have given me the ability to handle a wide range of situations and provide excellent support to customers. Alongside my customer service experience, I left school and successfully studied Sports at Coleg y Cymoedd and now I have currently finished my studies in Sports Coaching and Performance at the University of South Wales (USW) with Honours off a 2:2 Degree. My academic background has equipped me with a solid foundation in coaching techniques, sports science, and performance analysis, while also allowing me to develop transferable skills such as leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
I am eager to apply my skills, enthusiasm, and work ethic to a challenging role, bringing a positive attitude and strong work ethic to the team. Since finishing University I am eager to explore a new career path where I can apply my adaptability and strong work ethic, as I'm always ready to take on new challenges and grow both personally and professionally as an individual.
