I have worked as an IKEA food bistro co-worker where I had to maintain a high standard of customer service as I was representing IKEA and managing many different customer queries. I also have experience working as a bar staff member for Shambala festival (Northamptonshire) as well as a bar team member for Refresh west events in the Plough garden, Bristol.

• Talked with customers and managed one of the bars to ensure people were served on time and smoothly.
• Ensured there was a constant supply of drinks being served and that the stock was continually replenished so that the drinks and cocktails could be made efficiently.
• Kept the moral high by motivating the other staff members to ensure that they were working to their best standard.
• Helped unload vans that delivered the drinks, ice and fruit/garnishes to the site.

• At IKEA I managed the fridge and freezers ensuring that the food was checked at the correct times. I had to complete regular temperature checks for the foods in the fryers to comply with the health and safety standards.
• For this job I also had to maintain a high standard of customer service as I was representing IKEA, dealing with lots of customer queries.

I have a-levels in Mathematics, physics and chemistry.
