Experienced Building Surveyor and Project Manager working predominantly in the commercial, education and residential sectors. I have been involved in projects ranging in value from £50,000 to £3m.
Drawing on nearly two decades of experience working both client and contractor side, and from site work to office, I am adept at managing projects from inception through to completion, I understand what the client and key stakeholders look to achieve from a project.
My skills cover, but are not limited to, the following:
Working alongside clients, my approach is tailored to their needs and objectives for each individual project. I feel it is important to assess each client/stakeholders’ requirements for their project and ensure the correct approach to suit their need. As all client needs are different, I am always keen to better understand what are the key drivers are in each sector to ensure my services are continually developing and improving.
As an expert in construction projects, I have helped clients create the buildings and spaces they need, as we as maintaining existing buildings and services from the outside-in.
