My aim is to immigrate to America to enhance my existing professional knowledge and skillset and become an invaluable asset to my future employer.

I have extensive experience in undertaking and producing Schedule of Conditions within commercial properties, both text and photographic, pre-acquisition surveys, Reinstatement Cost Assessments of properties for insurance purposes and Dilapidations, acting for both tenant and Landlord, I am comfortable with reviewing lease documentation, and costing schedules, I have undertaken various measured Surveys and produced the corresponding AutoCAD drawings for clients and Building Warrants / Planning Applications. I have also undertaken many technical scheme 3 house surveys and have vast experience in defect diagnosis and prognosis.

I have a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying which I received a 2:1 - upper second class honours degree.
