This involves conducting thorough investigations to ensure absolute resolution and maintaining contact with the concerned parties until resolution. Liaising with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including Personal Assistants, Executive Assistants, Store Managers, Specialists, Buyers, Suppliers, Laboratories, Legal, and Insurance teams. This cross-functional collaboration enables me to ensure customer-centric and cost-effective resolutions.
