• Developed various KPI's tools that provided the company a deep analysis of each department, providing a way to evaluate the departmens and find answers to problems faced
• Implemented a planning tool, which led to determine the production max capacity and plan the projects for the entire year with accurate knowledge of which projects could or not be accepted
• Power BI Dashboards presented for better visualization of indicators
• Payroll Processing of 70-80 employees
• Created a excel tool for payrool processing, that decreased the margin of error by 80% and reduced time needed for the process, from one week to one or two days.
