I helped on a burger van at events and fairs this consists of preparing for rush hours, cooking up stock, stock rotation, cleaning and keeping up to hygiene standards& great customer service skills whilst serving customers. This job also involves quick calculations in your head and cash handling. I received my level 2 in food and hygiene through this job.

As it is a faced paced environment you do always need to be on the ball and make sure your prepared for the rush's. This job role also includes lots of cleaning and preparation to keep up to standards with their 5* rating.
