I am a hardworking, confident individual with high aspirations to start my work experience. I am a responsible person who will take on any task or activity and perform it to the best of my ability. I can confidently work individually as well as in a team to achieve the required objectives.
I strive for a career in Customer service and have done for a while now. I am very motivated and hope to successfully climb the career ladder. I feel as though my skill set is perfectly suited to work with members of the public, due to my experience at Waitrose and AIG Life and I am confident in my ability to deal with customers up front.
From October 2019- December 2021 I worked at Waitrose in Caterham, and from January 2021 to June 2021 I worked at AIG Life, a sector of the larger company AIG, specialising in life insurance. As both of these roles were very customer service focused, I believe that I have very good customer service skills.
In my role at AIG, I would receive upwards of 50 calls a day dealing with customer queries and taking action to help them. This included writing out emails after to them, and making detailed notes about the call afterwards. I left this role of my own accord as there were mass redundencies taking place at this role.
I have received 8 GCSE's including a 4 in both English, mathematics and C's in both Science and additional Sciences, furthermore a B in History.
Futher on from this I studied at Warlingham Sixth form and received 2 A- levels in Hisory and Politics. These grades show that I am proficient in my writing and speaking skills, which have also been developed in my working life so far. I can handle facing customers and if needed, writing out emails or any admin work which I may need to do.
