Working in a person-centered care and support way that has positive outcomes for those cared for. Promoting and supporting the rights, choices, independence, and quality of life of individuals while delivering outcome-focused services that are developed to support individuals in achieving their own goals, wishes, and aspirations in various homes/care settings. Also Working with a care and support team that offers residential home support and services to individuals with various health challenges. Providing personalized care plans, medication management, and assistance with daily activities.
Through a multidisciplinary approach, promote recovery, independence, and overall well-being in a supportive and nurturing way. Furthermore, I have worked within a dynamic care community, which offers an array of amenities, including a bistro, hair salon, exercise studio, function room, and therapy rooms. Comprising 72 household suites, each accommodating 12 residents, a community that provides round-the-clock support to individuals with diverse needs, including dementia care and nursing assistance.
Finally, my work at GoodShepherd enabled me to contribute to a multidisciplinary team by aiding Nurses in delivering exceptional healthcare services, encompassing patient care, monitoring, and support. Collaborated closely to ensure patients received compassionate and effective treatment.
