A motivated Property Assistant with seven years of experience within the industry, on track to become a Surveyor by studying Bachelor of Science in Construction and the Built Environment – Real Estate at Edinburgh Napier University. Aug 2012 – Present In this role I am responsible for:
· Collate and coordinate the commercial property enquiries including assisting with property viewings.
· Coordinate and assist with the production of marketing material of property.
· Support senior team members with the preparation of technical and specialist reports, including the preparation of business cases
· Undertake the granting of licence agreements and short term lets.
· Ensure the data quality for CAFM database is maintained.
· Ensure marketing material on internal and external websites is accurate and up to date
· First point of contact for property enquiries, via telephone, in person and by email
· Compose quarterly financial reports
· Conduct property viewings
· Manage and coordinate the website for new properties, including brochure creation
· Weekly vacant property inspections
· Support surveyors with property administration
· Manage and coordinate property offers/bids and closing dates
