For the last 4 years I have mainly worked within the training and education sector through private training providers and recruitment agencies helping enroll candidates, delivering non reg materials such as budgeting skills and CV building to enhance learners employability and chances in progressing into employment or further education. Before this I worked with a Bank as a customer service agent handling sensitive personal and account information.
I have completed a level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance qualification in 2022.
