Hello I'm Breannon I'm 19 ,Im a hardworking individual I am able to work in a team as well as on my own.
At the moment I work in a care home in tilbury working with all ages and different individuals.

I work in a care home with individuals that are all very different, I explore what matters to each person Identifying the best support to accommodate every person the best I can.
In school I achieved my health and social care which has given an insight how to be able to work with different ages.i also have got a DBS check as I worked in a care home.
