I have over 40 years experience of engaging with business partners such as colleges, private training providers, universities as well as with my own clients to provide valued, successful and evidenced results for individual trainees and organisations. My range of training services is extensive and up to date, primarily, but not exclusively, focusing on leadership, management, personal and professional development and health and safety related.
My experience covers food manufacturing as an HR, Training and Safety Manager across nine UK sites, Business Manager for a wholly owned commercial subsidiary of an FE College, owning and running my own successful business support and training business for the last nine years. My tutoring and mentoring experience spans over 40 years in industrial, commercial and public sector roles and from delivering high quality, valued and practical support to individuals, teams and organisations.
Various company specific online mandatory courses including safeguarding, health and safety, finance, data protection, confidentiality, policies and procedures, British values, equality, diversity and inclusion.
My most recent qualification gained is IOSH Managing Health & Wellbeing in the Workplace, but I have previously successfully achieved Post Graduate Certificate in Management, Post Graduate Certificate in Education, Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, NVQ Level 4 Business Support and Advice, NEBOSH General Certificate.
