hroughout my career with ABA Beverages Division (Pepsi Cola) in Doha, Qatar, I have been responsible for ensuring product quality across canning, PET, and non-returnable bottle lines. My role involved performing chemical, microbiological, and sensory testing, monitoring production parameters, calibrating laboratory equipment, and ensuring full compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, AIB,and ISO 22000 standards.
I have strong hands-on experience with laboratory instruments such as HACH, Metrohm, Anton Paar, and refractometers, as well as experience in CIP processes, root cause analysis, audit preparation, and corrective action implementation. In addition, I have facilitated in-plant sensory training and supported continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
I am highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety. I work well both independently and as part of a team, and I am confident in my ability to contribute positively to your organisation’s quality objectives.
