I am a Canadian citizen who has spent the last 15 years working in the United Kingdom. I spent 13 years working with Asda a top 4 food and non food retailer progressing from an admin and loss prevention manager, e-commerce trading manager to a deputy store manager of businesses with sales in the region of 1 million pounds a week. 2 years ago I joined the Iceland foods Ltd business as a store manager where I currently work in Hastings East Sussex. I am very experienced in all areas of the business including P&L, sales forecasting, wage control, stock loss, food safety, alcohol licence holder and colleague development as well as welfare and disciplinary procedures.
