I am a second year student studying photography at Birmingham City University. I have an extensive background it retail and customer service roles, and years of experience working in fast based customer based environment. i’m now looking for retail opportunities where i can further my skills and contribute effectively to a dynamic team
Two years working at Cex - taking on supervisor roles, working in e-commerce, managing stock, delivering excellent customer service.
A year working at The Spotted Dog - restocking bar inventory, meeting hygiene standards and safety requirement, served drinks with attention to detail.
I’m currently studying at BCU, which has helped me manage time and deadlines effectively and prioritise tasks. Studying photography also means i have devel my eye for detail which can be applied to merchandising and product displays which create an appealing shopping environment. University projects often involve teamwork which is similar to working in retail environments.
