I have been an experienced Customer Assistant for three years now. During my time I have thrived in the customer experience-based role. Having been trained in every aspect of the store, I have learned to adapt to different types of shifts, customers, and jobs.
I have also served a role training new starts and have taken great pride in doing so. From managing deliveries to ensuring that the shop is tidy, rotated, and a safe space. My priority is the customer and ensuring they have a perfect experience during their time in the store.
I have had to deal with a plethora of customers, and have dealt with extremely difficult, sometimes terrifying situations with ease. I pride myself in my seamless ability to converse with customers and make the shop feel safe, creating a warm, welcoming environment.
