I am currently 23 years old and work as a full-time barista and store manager in an independent coffee shop in Burton Upon Trent. I have 5 years of experience in both hospitality and customer service, I also have 1 year of administrative experience too. From previous job experience, I am very flexible towards tasks that I am set.

I am a hardworking and well organised individual, with a very good time-keeping record. I work very well as part of a team, but also independently too. I am always motivated to learn new skills and to update my knowledge with all opportunities that are available to me.

Moving forward to progress further on my career path is the next step. I have always had a keen interest in a career that involves helping other individuals and making a difference.

This was a part – time position working as a catering assistant in a dessert shop.

• I prepared and produced products to sell and deliver to customers.

During December 2020 I began helping my father with his online wall art business.

• I printed labels and packaged orders for customers.
• I began to use Excel effectively to upload tracking information for orders.
• I was able to manage each payment safely for postage daily.
• I gained administrative skills that I didn't have before, that will be useful for the future.
