I am 26 living and settling in Manchester. I have an excellent background with customer service and work extremely well in fast paced environments. I am hard working with strong organisational skills and I am confident in everything I do. Gratefully, I have spent some of my previous years travelling to around 45 new countries; I see myself as an outgoing and adventurous person who loves to experience new cultures, gain new experiences and meet new people.

Store Trainer/Assistant Manager/Barista at Joe and the Juice (2025-03 – Present)

• I quickly progressed and was responsible for the training for my store and other new stores in the region.
• I also helped manage the store. Ensuring quick wait times, perfect product quality, guests have an amazing experience and handling any complaints professionally.
• I made sure all of our staff were working up to high standards and knew all product knowledge and theory.
• I conducted validations for all job roles, reported back to head training and produced training plans. I wrote station recaps, feedback on staff improvements and would guarantee all staff completed compulsory modules. I supported staff in all aspects of their roles.

Assistant Manager at Bagel Factory (2025-01 – 2025-03)

• I open/closed the store, organised deliveries and banking, stock counts and ran shifts solo.

Waitress/Barista at Coogee Courtyard (2024-06 – 2024-12)

• Here I would wait and take orders at the cafe, be a barista and also did some cocktail making later on for the evenings we were open.

Reservations Host at Cafe Sydney (2023-08 – 2024-04)

I used to be a reservations host for a popular a la carte dining restaurant/private events.

• I worked at the reception desk where I took all the bookings and enquiries in person, through emails and over the phone.
• I handled all the cake/gift orders, events, all the payments and cashier balancing. I would set up the restaurant/events.

Waitress/Barista at Zoha (2023-01 – 2023-03)

This was a busy harbour restaurant, bar and cafe in Sydney where I looked after my own sections giving guests top service.

• Through the day I worked in the cafe area making the drinks/coffees.

Cross Trained Staff at Nando's (2017-07 – 2022-08)

I was cross trained at this restaurant to do waitressing, hosting and cooking.

• I was the stores staff representative, new employee trainer and worked Nando's events/festivals around the U.K every summer.
• The job allowed me to organise charity events, join team meetings/builds and speak at regional forums.
• Aditionally, I got the opportunity to become a supervisor.

Event Staff at Flair Events (2022-01 – 2022-08)

• I worked in bars at concerts and festivals serving alcoholic drinks to large crowds around the country.

Volunteer at Thailand (2022-10 – 2022-12)

• I did housekeeping, worked at reception, planned and hosted games and parties, sold tickets to events, bartended and organised transportation for guests.

Farm Work at Simpson Farm (2023-03 – 2023-06)

• In order to extend my visa, I got the opportunity to work on one of Australia's biggest farms picking avocados on a cherry picker.

Volunteer at Malaysia (2024-04 – 2024-06)

• I spent two months volunteering at a hostel where my roles were bartending, reception, hosting events and tours.

Volunteer at El Salvador (2026-03 – 2026-06)

• I did social media for a hostel that as well owned a bar in the town and ran tourist events around the country. I created lots of videos to boost their businesses and tours on TikTok and Instagram.

Waitress and Host at Etihad Stadium (2016-01 – 2017-12)

As a waitress and a host in Manchester City's football club, I served in the V.I.P boxes to the players family and friends on match days.
