• Completed a full 10-day intensive course to qualify as a swimming teacher
• Plan and carry out lessons for both children and adults of varying abilities learning to swim
• Discuss tracking and progress of pupils with the manager of the swim school
• Give feedback to both pupils and their parents/carers on their progress
• Direct swim assistant so they are aware of how they can support the pupils in the water

• Assist and support the pupils in the water encouraging them to master the correct techniques
• Listen and take direction from the swim teacher
• Discuss with the whole team when any problems arose and worked on finding a solution
