I aspire to one day own my own food truck centered around bbq smoked meats, until then I plan to learn as much as I can through the food industry. Took my first catering job at age 15 and have worked in catering ever since. I spent my college days learning culinary arts at reading college but every day in this business is a learning day there is always something new too learn in the kitchen something I love about this industry.
I have worked in kitchens both big and small and have run professional kitchens alone and part of large teams of people. I have 3 years of experience in catering starting my career at 15 working my way up whatever ways possible.
I spent 2 years at reading college studying culinary arts level 1 & 2 which covered all necessary parts to being a chef i.e. allergies, health and safety, working in a team etc.
