I am bubbly and positive person who adores working with children. I am a teacher looking to keep busy during my summer and work as a nanny.

I have been babysitting since I was 14 for a number of families including children with SEND.

Prior to teacher training I completed a BTEC course in children’s care, learning and development level 3 which included 900 hours of placements in school and nursery settings.

Prior to becoming a Reception Teacher and university, I took a year out where I worked in a nursery part time and as a nanny part time for a GP’s two boys aged 6months and 4. I dropped the 4year old off at school and then looked after the 6month old during the day.

I took him to toddler groups and parks providing him with rich experiences. I prepared all the boys meals and when the 4 year old was not at school during the holidays, I took the boys out for day trips to keep them entertained and stimulated.

I became a qualified teacher in 2019 and have been teaching in Reception (EYFS) since then. I have a duty of care and am responsible for the health, safety and development/education of 30 children in my class.

During my Summers at University I taught English in Thailand and Cambodia and also worked at a Summer Camp for children in Massachusetts USA as a girls bunk counsellor and ropes instructor.

I have very broad and valuable experience working with children. I understand what makes children tick and how to give them the very best of care.
