I am incredibly passionate about humanising DEI and bridging the gap between people on different sides of the fence. I believe I bring a strong people orientation, a team spirit and strong analytical skills to DEI work. With years of demonstrated experience developing and implementing DEI strategies for large multinational organisations, both internally and as a consultant, I also bring strong cross-cultural competence from working abroad with international teams.
I recently further specialised in DEI by completing a master’s degree alongside leading the European DEI strategy for Schweppes International.
