- The ISM calculator - Raising awareness of “Unconscious Bias” and the impact on decision making.
- Intersectionality – The multiple identities we have as individuals and how they impact on us.
- Inclusion in Practice – How inclusion and diversity differ and how to promote inclusion at work.
- Creating an inclusive curriculum – How the school curriculum can encourage identity bias and how to implement change.
Project Manager - Corporate Partnerships & Education
East London Business Alliance (ELBA) November 2015 – October 2018
Managing partnerships between companies based in the City / Docklands and schools and colleges in East London to provide volunteering opportunities for staff and careers activities for students.
This included
