Although, I worked closely with the EDI team the Wellbeing role was a new role within the trust and initially the emphasis was to create a platform for staff to have a voice and to learn about the incentives and services available, internally and externally. The first part was to reintroduce myself to staff by running events, we started with emotional wellbeing, designed posters ran a campaign spreading the word through our communication team, attended an all-staff webinar and spoke to external agencies to join us on our journey. Amongst this I also completed general administrative duties, organising spreadsheets, running data reports, managing my calendar, updating my professional notes and 1:1's with staff.
