Florist customer service assistant at Morrisons (2019-03 – 2024-10)
- For 2 years I worked as a customer assistant which involved manning the tills, stock replenishment and general customer enquiries.
- I was then moved to the new florist department where I completed the Morrison's apprenticeship to become a florist.
- I was also required to help the rest of the store in busy times, covering the tills, click and collect and occasionally helping in the cafe.
- Giving good customer care and driving sales
- Building rapport with customers to promote customer loyalty and return of business.
