Carrie Miller

I am a passionate, hardworking and caring individual who is passionate about providing the best customer service achievable. I also enjoy working as part of a team and exploring new challenges to the best of my ability. I have previously worked in a supervisor role where I learnt how to manage staff and daily production. I have spent 3 years in customer service and pride myself on being able to interact with any type of customer with any enquiries.

I began as a waitress at the age of 15 but by the age of 17 I had been promoted to a supervisor where I managed staff and daily procedures of the business to ensure a smooth running service. I also managed the work phone regularly where I would interact with customers with any questions or enquiries and ensuring the bookings for the restaurant were organised effectively.

I have completed my GCSE’s and A- Levels (Psychology, Sociology and Business) and I am currently completing my undergraduate degree in Business Management.
