Alongside my postgraduate studies, I have developed strong skills in organisation, research, and communication, which complement my previous experience in customer service roles. I’m now looking to focus on an administrative or customer support position where I can contribute to a team, keep things running smoothly, and build on my professional skills.
I have experience in customer-facing roles, liasing between clients and managers, processing orders, and handling complaints. These roles developed my customer service, communication, and point-of-sale skills, as well as my ability to multitask in busy environments.
Alongside this, I have gained organisational and administrative skills through my postgraduate studies and part-time work, including managing schedules, coordinating tasks, and working independently with accuracy and attention to detail.
I bring a reliable, adaptable, and professional approach, with the ability to work well in a team while maintaining focus on delivering excellent service and support.
Currently pursuing a MSc in Health Promotion at the University of Brighton (paused temporarily due to health reasons).
Completed BScHons in Nutrition with Public Health.
