• Drove framework modernisation across the legacy codebase: Laravel 11, Livewire 3, and a Tailwind CSS v4 migration.
• Shipped virtual reward-card issuance and balance transfers, automated invoice chasing, scheduled messaging, reporting and commission tools, and QR-code agent sign-up.
• Optimised a key page / query from roughly 5 minutes to roughly 5 seconds; promoted from Junior PHP Developer after six months.
