I am a friendly, approachable and reliable individual with a strong background in beauty therapy for 5 years and customer service and have experience in working with horses for about 4 years and I am a level 4 advance. I have experience working in both salon and retail and animal environments, where I have developed confidence in engaging with customers, talking to fellow riders and staff at Stepney bank stables- helping to muck out and tack up horses, providing product advice, and delivering a high standard of service within a salon. I take pride in creating a welcoming and clean, professional environment, supporting people with their needs and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
I am highly organized, adaptable and able to work effectively in fast-paced retail settings and also able to work well and sensible and safely around horses. I am passionate about developing my knowledge of beauty products and customer service and possibly learn more about horses as I've not done it for a while, I am committed to contributing positively to a customer-focused team.

I did horse riding at Stepney bank and did a lot of mucking out and tacking up horses, preparing them for lessons and making sure they were happy in their stable and well fed also, experience with brushing and handling horses, helping people mount and dismount horses, I have 3 rosettes for competing in 3 different competitions too.
