A delivery focused, versatile, Project (& Programme) Manager with experience delivering business change while leading large complex programme of works involving cross functional teams. As a skilled PRINCE2 Practitioner I am experienced in the full project management lifecycle from determining scopes of work, through to delegation of responsibilities, communication, stake holder management, risk and issue management with escalation, testing and implementation.

Adapting to the ever changing working environment I am able to apply my PRINCE 2 skills in the methodology of AGILE. I have proven ability delivering Agile based projects, running spirit plans and team stand ups. My attention to detail, allows be to be delivery focused, delivering to agreed timescales with excellent stakeholder management.

I am a resilient individual with the ability to remain calm in challenging situations, builds trust with all levels of stakeholders ensuing the smooth implementation of change. I’m an active listener who engages with stakeholders to understand the “wider picture” and varying degrees of requirements and objectives, creating good working relationships.

While remaining focused on delivery, create a positive and constructive working environment for all, being seen as trustworthy, reliable and transparent making me dedicated, driven and pro-active to implement change to agreed timescales with minimal negative impact to the business.

Some key implementations lead by me include;

• Delivery of a £10m multi-stream programme of works for a leading bank in Ireland including (Target Operating Model, Data Warehouse, IVR and CRM system, Testing, MI Reporting)
• Delivery of a large Change Request Programme in AGILE for a Peer to Peer lending company 
• Design, delivery and on-going management of ISO 27001 in a consultancy company
• Replacement of legacy systems with a new front end fully scripted user interface
• Management of a small subject matter expert team to stop a Debt Collections Company going into administration
• Credit Excellence Award 2014 (wrote the submission and was a key project manager)
• Data Centre Move 
• New scanning solution and software installation
