A delivery focused, versatile, Project (& Programme) Manager with experience delivering business change while leading large complex programme of works involving cross functional teams. As a skilled PRINCE2 Practitioner I am experienced in the full project management lifecycle from determining scopes of work, through to delegation of responsibilities, communication, stake holder management, risk and issue management with escalation, testing and implementation.
Adapting to the ever changing working environment I am able to apply my PRINCE 2 skills in the methodology of AGILE. I have proven ability delivering Agile based projects, running spirit plans and team stand ups. My attention to detail, allows be to be delivery focused, delivering to agreed timescales with excellent stakeholder management.
I am a resilient individual with the ability to remain calm in challenging situations, builds trust with all levels of stakeholders ensuing the smooth implementation of change. I’m an active listener who engages with stakeholders to understand the “wider picture” and varying degrees of requirements and objectives, creating good working relationships.
