I am a highly capable customer service executive with over 3 year in the recruitment industry. I am an energetic and ambitious person who has developed a responsible approach to any task that I undertake, or situation that I am presented with. Working with what is considered to be some of the best customer service executives in the world, I have faced a plethora of customer service-related situations.

In the role I demonstrated the ability to work under intense pressure, service solutions to customers from all over the world, handle customer complaints and solve problematic situations as and when they arose. Also, my tasks oftentimes include computing taxes and preparing tax returns, organising, and maintaining financial records, stock management and ensuring statements are accurate
