Work Experience Placement at HOPE CHARITY SHOP (2025-06 – 2025-06)
As part of my work experience, I completed a placement at a charity shop where I gained hands-on experience in a customer-facing environment. My responsibilities included sorting and organising donated items, stocking shelves, arranging displays, assisting customers, and helping to keep the shop clean and organised. Through this experience, I developed valuable skills in communication, teamwork, customer service, and time management.
I learned how to work professionally in a busy environment, follow instructions, take responsibility for tasks, and contribute positively to a team. This placement increased my confidence when interacting with customers and strengthened my ability to work effectively with others.
