Cheryl Dester

I am a highly motivated nurse with 15 years experience who works hard and can adapt well to new nursing environments. I feel I can communicate and liase very well within a nursing team which includes medical staff and other multidisciplinary team members. I also feel I can communicate very well with patients and their family members which I believe is important. I can prioritise my workload to ensure that all my patients are cared for to the very best of my ability.

I have gained a wide range of experience having worked in both medical and surgical fields, as well as experience in care homes and the accident and emergency department.

I have a bachelor degree in adult nursing which I gained in 2008
