As a person I have skills that transfer well to public facing roles including being an honest, motivated individual who approaches all work with confidence, creativity, and enthusiasm, able to work to stringent timeframes, ensuring a high-quality product in all work completed. I am looking for a public facing role where I can continue to build upon my skills to grow myself further both professionally and as a person.

Keyholder + Bar Staff - Bar 71 - Brancaster

In this role I spend many shifts working solo and therefore require to be honest and transparent in all aspects of my work, bringing a strong element of time management to the role to ensure all tasks are completed on time. My roles as a keyholder include opening and closing the building, stocking shelves and fridges, organising the cash in the till at both open and close (including all relevant paperwork is completed accurately), ensuring the venue is clean and tidy for patrons, running the venue during a shift which includes serving customers, taking both cash and card payments dealing with problems and complaints and ensuring on going health and safety for all patrons, and then ensuring the building is left in a locked secure state for the next day's opening. I also supervise volunteer members of staff, ensuring they work to set standards, including following company rules, and help to organise events within the venue.

• My key skills in this role are dependability and time management in that I can work alone and ensure all work during the shift is done to a high standard and delivering an expected result on time to ensure customer and management satisfaction.

Front of house staff - The Jolly Sailors - Brancaster

As a member of the front of house team, my main roles were to work within the team to serve customers to the highest level of customer satisfaction ensuring Covid-19 protocols were always followed. I was also required to tend the bar, and to clean tables and workstations following COSHH guidelines where required.

• My key skills in this role were flexibility (I didn't have one set role within the company, instead being expected to work a variety of roles), being a strong team player, having patience, conflict resolution in dealing with customers who have a complaint about their experience ensure that they come away satisfied with the experience, and communication skills to ensure exact customer requirements are met, as well as communicating within the team to ensure the required jobs are being completed.
• A measure of my success in this role is the level of positive review mentions I have received through the company's survey scheme.

Care Assistant - Cranmer House Care House - Fakenham

My roles here included looking after residents staying within the home including duties such as assisting with personal care (for example toileting, washing and dressing), mealtimes, and medication as well as providing recreational activities whilst trying to provide positivity and enrich their lives where possible.

• My key skills within this position were communication which included finding ways to communicate with all residents including those who have a barrier to communication, patience in dealing with those who have complex needs and challenging behaviour, and empathy to ensure that the residents were treated as individuals. Volunteer First Aider - St John Ambulance - Fakenham

As a volunteer within St John Ambulance my main roles were to assist with the running of the youth unit (for example, assisting in creative activities, assisting with the learning of first aid) and to go out to events as a First Aider.

• My key skills from within this role are learning about first aid, teaching to younger people and about communication skills and dealing with people who are in vulnerable and desperate situations.

Homewares Sales Assistant - Aldiss - Fakenham

As a Homewares Sales Assistant within the company, I worked with customers directly to help them find what they were looking for within the shop and advised them on any design or product queries they had. This allowed me to flourish and work in a creative fashion. I was also required to ensure that the working environment was always kept clean and tidy following strict health and safety laws.

Waitress and Bar Staff - The Chequers Inn - Thornham

In the position of waiter, I was required to serve food and drinks to customers, clean tables following COSHH guidelines, and to set out new cutlery and table decorations. As a member of the Bar Staff, I was required to prepare drinks for customers and ensure that the bar area was always kept clean and tidy. I also had to ensure that the bar area always remained stocked.

• My accomplishments at this company include learning to work well within a team and dealing with customers in a courteous and polite way.

Bartender - Pulse Nightclub - Norwich

In the role of bartender, I was required to communicate with customers, to clean the work area to company standards (working within COSHH guidelines) which included bars and fridges. I was also required to do stock take ensuring I worked accurately and diligently.

• My accomplishments include learning to further my communication skills in an often-difficult environment (for example due to noise). On a creative front I enjoyed bringing in new thoughts and ideas regarding promotional materials (for example leaflets) and on themed event nights.
