I am an 18-year-old individual who has recently completed my A Levels and previously achieved 8 GCSE qualifications. I have developed strong customer service, communication, teamwork, organisation, and problem-solving skills through a range of customer-facing roles. Since the opening of Cosy Club in St Albans, I have worked as a Front of House team member, providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

I also worked in a bakery, serving customers, preparing and selling sandwiches, pastries, and other products while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene. Previously, as a Barista at HiTea, I independently managed shifts, handled cash transactions, controlled stock, prepared food and drinks, and completed opening, closing, and cleaning procedures. In addition, work shadowing at Aboyne Lodge Primary School and Marks & Spencer gave me valuable insight into professional workplaces.

These experiences, alongside providing babysitting and pet care services within my local community, have helped me develop a strong work ethic, adaptability, reliability, and confidence in managing a variety of responsibilities.
