I am a dedicated and motivated individual who is confident in adapting to new environments and taking on tasks outside of my usual skill set. I work well both as part of a team and independently, allowing me to be confident, reliable, and trustworthy in my work. I am always willing to take on new challenges, which enables me to gain further experience while stepping outside of my comfort zone and developing confidence.

I can remain calm and focused during stressful and busy situations, allowing me to perform to the best of my ability.

Nandoca at Nando's (2021-06 – Present)

With over five years experience at nandos, I have gained a valuable set of skills that will be beneficial in future job opportunities. I have developed strong knowledge of health and safety procedures, ensuring that allergy protocols are followed correctly and that food, service and beverages are delivered to the required company standards. During my time at nandos, I have gained experience working in both front of house and back of house roles.

I have been trained to handle customer enquires and complaints with care and professionalism, ensuring that customers have a positive experience and that the brand maintains a strong reputation. I have also developed experience in ensuring that customers always feel welcomed, valued, and acknowledged. Throughout my time at nandos, I have become extremely confident when communicating with new people, handling complaints, learning new skills, and supporting the training of other team members.

I have also gained extensive experience working a variety of shifts multiple times a week, including early mornings and late evenings, demonstrating my flexibility and ability to adapt to different working schedules.
