Chloe Saich

I am currently a final year student at Northumbria University. I am a hard-working, quick learner with a keen eye for detail in all aspects of my education and work. I was a cadet member of St John Ambulance service from the age of 10 to 17 and have undertaken training and development to become a NCO Corporal which entailed being a mentor, teaching and leading the younger cadets at weekly meetings and out on duties.

I have worked in a range of companies that have taught me to be adaptable and efficient in changing environments.

Swimming Teacher - swim! - Benton

I am currently a part time swimming teacher at swim! Benton on weekends. The role includes:

• Ensuring the safety of swimmers at all times
• Deep understanding of the science and techniques behind different strokes
• Communicating my knowledge in a simple constructive way to ensure swimmer progression, and creating bonds aiding customer retention
• Full first aid training for both in and out of water

I joined the company when it was new and was promoted shortly after we opened. My roles include:

• Promoting the business through social media platforms
• Cashing up
• Filling out wage ratio
• Being solely in charge of the venue running shifts

• Delegating tasks and managing a team, including making allocation sheets
• Running escape rooms efficiently to a time schedule
