I am reliable, punctual, enthusiastic and a highly motivated individual, with good communication and listening skills. I am confident to use my own initiative and to work as part of a team. I enjoy roles were I can work with customers/colleagues as I am an effective communicator at all levels and have an approachable, friendly personality.

I have the ability to work accurately and under pressure with good time management and organisation skills, I take pleasure in working towards targets and meeting deadlines and I am always keen to learn new skills. I have a desire to learn and to undertake new training in order to develop my skills and carry out my duties to a high standard.

I have worked in customer service roles most of my life. retail or hospitality I have done both. I am currently a waitress / receptionist I really enjoy customer facing roles.
