Hello! I’m Chloe, and I am writing today to express interest for one of your cabin crew vacancies. I am confident that my passion for aviation and commitment to delivering world-class customer service would allow me to fit seamlessly within your team, and that I would be a valuable asset in ensuring the renowned standards of quality and exceptional experiences for your passengers.

Having worked as cabin crew since 2023, I can demonstrate an outstanding understanding of aviation safety and I am committed to upholding the highest standards of safety. I am also a very enthusiastic learner, and I look forward to expanding on my current knowledge and adapting my skills to fit your procedures. I also look forward to being part of a new team, the prospect of making new connections yet still always working with and encountering new people is one that excites me.

I am approachable and friendly, but always remain professional and can be firm when necessary. I am quick on my feet, can deal with pressure well and can make difficult decisions too. For example, helping with deciding whether or not I think police intervention is necessary with aggressive passengers, and attempting to resolve the situation safely.

One of my qualities that I take great pride in is my creativity! Outside of the workplace, I engage in arts, crafts and creative writing, which helps me to think outside of the box and approach challenges with a fresh perspective. I believe that creativity is a vital skill as a flight attendant as it means that you can really tailor the customer service experience to the passengers, and really elevate their inflight experience.

Such innovativeness also makes me adaptable in high-stress situations and aids me when conflict arises in the cabin, allowing me to diffuse it.
