A member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET) a highly motivated and strongly focused professional Facilities Operation manager with key strengths in technical, people management and development of operational strategies. 10 years’ experience managing Hard services within a PFI for over 170 buildings from accommodation, restaurants, full size swimming pool, Hospital, grounds maintenance, High voltage system 11 substations, Low voltage network internal/external, Gas network internal/external, water network internal/external planned maintenance, reactive repairs.
Client focused, who can operate at all levels, developing close working relationships with customers and service delivery team on all levels to identify areas of improvement, strategies, and implementation.
