• Setting up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment
• Studying recipes and gathering necessary ingredients
• Cleaning and de-boning a variety of seafood (crab, eel, seabass, shrimps, cod etc.)
• Cooking a variety of food such as cheesy fries, chips, shrimp pasta, in a timely manner
• Undertaking Health and Safety and Food Safety training
•  Ensure all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area were followed
• Working as part of a large team to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen
