I worked within the customer service environment for over 26 years with vast experience and accolades for maintaining a high level standard of employment. I have just left employment as a part-time kitchen assistant and I am applying to do a Masters in Psychology and Neuroscience with Kings College in London. I am also learning Italian and Welsh.
I started off within the customer service industry whilst at college with a weekend job in Motorworld. I then completed my GNVQ in Business and went to work for Lloyds of London for 3 years. I then worked for Admiral Insurance for 14 years ending up dealing with Large Loss Injury Claims and Managing Law Graduates before taking a career break after being left a legacy from my Grandmother and engage in some travelling.
I traveled mainly across the USA and Asia but I also have had many long vacations in Europe and Scotland.
RECENT CERTIFICATES IN MY LAST EMPLOYMENT WERE - MANUAL HANDLING, LEGIONELLA AWARENESS, HEALTH & SAFETY AT WORK, EQUITY, DIVERSION AND INCLUSION, FOOD SAFETY LEVEL 2 & COSSH CERTIFICATES. PRIOR TO THAT I DONE MANY INTERNAL COURSES AND LEARNING WITH ADMIRAL WHILST ACHIEVING MANY PROMOTIONS.
